May featured presenter is Garrett Dow, KD6KPC, he has been a licensed amateur since 1992. Taking advantage of the new no-code tech license 32 years ago, he obtained his license with his Boy Scout troop. He finally upgraded to General just last year!
Garrett has been an ARRL instructor and has assisted dozens of amateurs in getting their licenses, including his wife and her parents. He is active in the Mt Hood Amateur Radio Club and enjoys continuously improving the RepeaterBook communications trailer which often gets pulled out for field day and other contests.
Garrett is coming from us from a hotel room near Palm Beach where he is attending training for crash investigators.
