–       Tuesday, April 23 –  7:30 PM – WinLink Application Fundamentals Class. This is a repeat of the earlier class for those who were not able to attend. The purpose of this class is to help anyone interested become proficient with Winlink functionality and use in the Telnet mode.

–       Friday, April 19 @ 6 PM –SKYWARN ADVANCED SPOTTER TRAINING  You must re-register for this class if you are interested in attending.

–       Saturday, April 20 – Walk MS Location: Riverfront Park 312 Laurel Street, Columbia, 2920.  Walk MS is a great event for Amateur Radio enthusiasts of all levels to sharpen their skills while providing a valuable service to our community. –       Sunday, April 21 – Rookie Roundup – 6 hours (from 1800 to 2359 UTC) using Single Sideband – Fun activity for those new to the hobby, two years or less, and for all others to support them. –       Saturday, April 27 – CARC Spring Swapfest 2024 from 08:00 till 13:00  Location: Heyward Community Park, in Calhoun County, just 15 miles at 312 Savany Hunt Creek Rd, Gaston, SC 29053. This is a new and very nice location for the event and we hope to have a good turnout. It is always a great opportunity to find that one thing you have been looking for to complement your gear.

–       Thursday, May 16 – Quarterly CERT/ARES meeting from 6:00-7:30 @ Richland EOC. There will be no Midlands ARES training net that night.

–       Saturday, June 8 – Quarterly ARES / AUXCOMM / COMU training  @  SCEMD – We encourage all to attend. As it becomes available, we will be posting details on signing up.
